For 2020, the Hammer worked with 4 artists to create unique, at home projects. For this project, work along side Genevieve Gaignard to create your own masterpiece!
From Genevieve:
Hi friends, thanks for making art with me today! As an installation artist, I use objects that have a history to create rooms and environments for people to explore. For this project, I invite you to create your own diorama bedroom using your imagination along with wallpaper, fabric, furniture cut-outs, construction paper, and markers. There is no right or wrong way to decorate it—the magic happens when you build a space that reflects your interests and brings you joy.
Kit Includes:
- Pop-up display - diorama
- Wallpaper pieces (provided by Sister Parish)
- Upcycled fabric
- Paper templates
- Glue
- Foam brush
- Brown paper work mat
- Additional miscellaneous objects may include: Buttons, Pipe cleaners, Construction paper, Tape, Popsicle sticks
* You will also need scissors and markers or pens!
